Frosted Filter Tutorial

Isn't this an awesome background? I absolutely LOVE it!!!! AND, it's sooooooo easy! Really...I promise!

Instructions:

  • Place coffee filter on paper plate.
  • Drop 5 or 6 drops of each reinker randomly on the plate. Do not attempt to cover in white spots.
  • Spray with water bottle until reinkers are running together.
  • Set aside to dry.
  • Cut to size.
  • Attach. I use double sided tape just to make sure.

Materials:

  • Stampin' Up! Stamps: Wonderful Words
  • Stampin' Up! Paper: Basic Black, Whisper White, Ballet Blue
  • Stampin' Up! Ink: Ballet Blue, Sage Shadow
  • Stampin' Up! Reinkers: Ballet Blue, Sage Shadow
  • Stampin' Up! Accessories: White unigel pen, sponge daubers
  • Other: Coffee Filter, paper plate
